Thanks for taking the time to meet with us on Monday evening at your home and tour 26 Barbara Lane.  We enjoyed getting to know you, Ella, and your energetic pup as well as hearing about the needs that you want to have addressed in your next home.  You both have a good eye for the details that make our homes stand out.

We feel that your lot in Tuxedo Park would be an amazing site for a luxury custom home in the 4,500 – 5,500 square feet range.  We understand that your family, including Ella and your daughters who spend the summers in Atlanta, would likely need 4 or 5 bedrooms in the home.  You also like the idea of having separate office areas as the option of working from home is important.

We’d like to invite you to spend 30 minutes with our architect to discuss possible layout options for the home. Is that something you have time for when you return from vacation?  If so, we can setup an appointment in early March at your convenience.

P.P.P.S – Last Post Script -we promise!  Because your lot it so wide, we’d suggest using a porte cochere to create privacy and a regal feel for the home.  We can do this while keeping the size and the budget very reasonable on this home.  A couple ideas to consider…
